- Autism: Characteristics, Facts, and Ten Laws of Success
This course is designed to offer introductory information about the syndrome of autism. It presents facts as to when autism was first identified in modern medicine, the definition of autism, the medical diagnosis as determined on the DSM IV, and past and current incidence rates. The student will learn to identify autism by main and secondary characteristics as well as how and where a person with autism falls on the author's Autism Severity Continuum.
