Glenis Benson, Ph.D. Dr. Benson has supported persons with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) for the last 28 years. Initially she taught at a private school for children with autism and then completed her Master's degree at the University of Auckland, Auckland New Zealand. Subsequently she returned to her native Canada where she consulted in Edmonton Public Schools and throughout northern Alberta.

She ultimately completed her doctorate in Educational Psychology at Madison Wisconsin. The research for her Master's thesis as well as her Doctoral dissertation investigated the communicative abilities of high functioning persons on the Autism Spectrum. Read more Read more about this author
