Nina Reardon-Reeves, MS, CCC-SLP, is a licensed, certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a Board Recognized Fluency Specialist and Mentor. Nina currently serves as Administrator of the National Stuttering Association's Family Programs.
Specializing in providing private practice stuttering therapy services to children and adolescents who stutter, Nina has been a school-based speech language pathologist for 18 years, first in Illinois and since June of 2005, in Texas. In Frisco, Texas, Nina continues to provide therapy services in the schools, as well as continuing her private practice (Stuttering Therapy Services) for children and adolescents who stutter.
A sought-after presenter of interactive training workshops on stuttering, Nina provides practical information and insight to speech-language pathologists, early childhood educators, elementary and secondary educators, and parents at the local, state, national and international levels.
As an author, Nina and has published materials for both the National Stuttering Association and the Stuttering Foundation. She is the co-author of The Source for Stuttering; Ages 7-18 for Linguisystems, Inc. She is also the co-author of School Age Children who Stutter: Dealing Effectively with Attitudes and Emotions for the Stuttering Foundation of America.
